HandlingWith the Electronic Stability Control[1]
system, you get sophisticated four-channel active handling, which
delivers traction where you need it the most. This helps you maintain
control in demanding or adverse conditions. When your vehicle begins to
under or oversteer, this system senses it, and responds automatically,
helping you regain control. The system is calibrated for each vehicle's
horsepower and torque, it also enables the driver to select between two
modes; full on and partial off. And with the available Super Track Pak
on Charger R/T Road & Track, you get 3-mode electronic stability
control. The available all-wheel drive system features an active
transfer case and front-axle disconnect for maximum efficiency. This
system seamlessly transitions between rear and all-wheel drive without
driver intervention. When all-wheel drive is not required, the system
automatically disconnects the front axle to maximize fuel economy[2], while still delivering the outstanding performance and handling inherent in rear-wheel drive.
Braking When the
traffic signal turns yellow and you've got kids in the car, the
standard four-wheel disc anti-lock brakes with aluminum calipers help
